The crowd, the support and energy was off the charts this past weekend supporting local band Son’s of Paradise as they took the stage with Mellodose, The Hourglass Kids and Dale & The Z-Dubs.

Daniel Donato's Cosmic Country Three-Night Run

It is officially a cosmic takeover this weekend in Raleigh as Daniel Donato and his crew set up shop at the Lincoln Theatre for a massive three-night run. Donato is actively carrying the cosmic country torch and keeping the deep, improvisational legacy of the Grateful Dead alive and thriving right here in NC. The guy is just a pure lover of the music and the people, and the beautiful, welcoming community that gathers for his shows is honestly half the fun of being there.

We've been watching their astronomical rise recently—including his recent jam with Grahame Lesh at the Unbroken Chain event up in NY—and with Camp Cosmic hitting The Caverns in just about a month, this band is firing on all cylinders and locked deeply in the pocket. Pace yourselves, grab your crew, and get ready for a wild weekend!

Bad Day Lineup Announcement

BAD Day Festival in Wilmington, NC

Does Entertainment announce the return of BAD Day Music + Arts Festival to Wilmington’s Brooklyn Arts District on Saturday, November 14, 2026. Last year was an amazing experience and community event featuring Daniel Donato, Signal Fire, Railroad Earth, Lettuce and more!

This years festival will feature a lineup of acclaimed artists spanning roots rock, Americana, indie, and soul — including headliners The Revivalists and Grace Potter, with support from Ripe, Futurebirds, Lady Die, and additional headliner and late night to be announced.

GA and VIP tickets presale begins Thursday, March 26.
